Can you email me product info?

Of course. Just ask. We’re happy to send detailed product info for you, your electrician, and installation team for you to print and share as you are making your buying decision.

Do you ship gifts?

Yes, you can send a product as a gift to your grandchildren.  Contact us before placing your order so we are sure to capture your billing and shipping addresses as well as contact information of the recipient..  We don’t recommend completely surprising your loved ones with our products as they can be very large and require inspection on delivery.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, Buffalo Backyard Store is required to charge sales tax in the 48 continuous United States. If you are a tax-exempt individual or organization we are happy to work with you to refund taxes on applicable orders. After placing an order, please send a valid tax-exempt certificate to sales@buffalobackyardstore.com and include the order number that you would like to be tax-exempt.  We will review the documentation and refund the taxes if eligible.
